At Elanthy, the production process is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. From the moment the olives are harvested, they are treated with the utmost respect and care to preserve their delicate flavors and aromas. The olives are then cold-pressed using state of the art machinery to extract the oil, which is then carefully filtered and stored in temperature controlled rooms to ensure its freshness and quality.
