This website offers visitors the opportunity to buy 3 litre cans of Elanthy Extra Virgin Olive Oil and other products.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Please note that when you decide to purchase goods and/or services the resulting legal contract is between you and Elanthy and such contract shall comprise of these Customer Terms, the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page and you agree to be bound by all such provisions.

Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it in its original packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
